Our housing program provides temporary emergency shelter to homeless veterans and families. We offer a safe and supportive environment where guests can rest, eat, and connect with resources to help them find permanent housing.
We believe that employment is key to breaking the cycle of homelessness. Our job training program offers guests the opportunity to learn new skills and gain valuable work experience, increasing their chances of finding stable employment.
Many of our guests struggle with mental health issues, which can make it difficult for them to access the resources they need. Our mental health services provide counseling and support to help individuals overcome these challenges.
HGEDA is dedicated to providing compassionate and empowering support to homeless veterans. Our mission is to create a safe and dignified environment that fosters community, promotes holistic well-being, and empowers veterans to regain control of their lives. Through collaboration, transparency, and a commitment to individual dignity, we strive to break the cycle of homelessness and help veterans transition to stable and fulfilling futures.
HGEDA envisions a future where no veteran experiences homelessness. Our vision is a society where every individual who has served our nation is empowered, supported, and equipped with resources to lead a stable and fulfilling life. We strive to be a beacon of hope, breaking down barriers, and inspiring positive change within our community.
